have professional engineer team.After we receive customer inquiry.Engineer prepare the machine and equipment technical proposal and quotation list for customer as soon as possible.
Customer will visit our factory after getting our machine technical proposal and quotation list.Customer and our engineer have a meeting face to face for confirming equipment all details before place order.
We will prepare production materials and arrange manufacture schedule as soon as possible after get customer order.We also test machine well in workshop before delivery machine to cusomter.Meanwhile,we can promise the delivery machine on time according to the contract.
Customers may come factory again for check their machines and equipment after we manufacture well.After customers confirm the every details well,then we arrange delivery.Also not all customer come factory before delivery.Please do not worry about it, we will offer the machine videos and photos for customer checking,then arrange delivery.
We will arrange loading container after customers confrim machein well.The motor,spare parts,electirc control cabinet and other small parts are packaged by wooden box or iron box.The machine body and other big parts will be fixed in the container well by steel wire rope and wooden block.We must keep machine arrival customers workshop safety.
Importing machines has some steps and jobs.For let customers convenient to import machine,our international business operation team can book container,make shipping & importing documents,customs clearance at destination,delivery goods to customers workshop.
After machine arrive customers workshop,some general machines can be installed by customers according to our installation drawing,photos and videos.But some machines need install by us for customers.We have professional installation technician team for install and test machine at customer workshop.
